Ingredients
Directions
3 cups flour5 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt4 tbps lard/shortening1 cup 2% milk (heated)1 cup hot water
Mix dry ingredients all together.
Cut in lard/shortening until crumbly.
Make well in flur mixture & pour in your hot liquids.
Stir with wooden spoon, making sure to mix all the way to bottom.
Use hands knead & form into ball.
Flatten out dough & use rim of cup to cut into rounds.
You should get about 11 rounds that have a 3inch diameter.
Bake in 350 degree preheated oven on a parchment lined cookie sheet, for 30 mins.
