    Tasty concept, will need a little work -- maybe use egg to get the breading to stick better to the chicken? I fried mine in a bit of olive oil, which never hurts taste. :) - 3/9/10

    I was drawn to this recipe by it's low sodium and calorie count. I avoid freid food so I dipped chicken in egg white before coating and then baked at 350 on a Pam sprayed, foil covered baking sheet till done. Tasty. - 6/20/09
