Ingredients
Black Beans, Corn, Onion, Garlic, Lime Juice, Olive Oil, Salt.
Directions
Boil corn for 5 minutes and allow to cool. Remove from cobs. Chop tomato, onion, cilantro and garlic. Mix well and chill.
