Directions
2-1lb chicken breast, boneless,skinless1cup chicken broth1/2 cup shredded Monterey Cheese1 tbsp Dill weed, dried1 tbsp Garlic powder1 tsp Parsley, dried1 tbsp Pepper, black1/2 tbsp Salt
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Combine the chicken broth, salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley into a deep glass dish or pan. Place the chicken breast into the mixture and put the dill on top of the chicken breast. Place the pan in the oven and cook the chicken for 30 minutes or until the pink is gone inside. Remove the chicken from the oven and then turn the oven on to the broiler feature. While the broiler heats up, drain the liquid from the pan and then place the cheese on top of the chicken breast and place back under the broiler for about 5-7 minutes or long enough for the cheese to melt and brown a little. Remove and serve along side your favorite sides!
