2 c. Splenda2 tbsp all-purpose flourEgg Beaters-equivilent to 5 eggs2/3 c. low fat buttermilk1/2 c. Smart Balance Light Spread1 tsp Vanilla extract1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. In a large bowl, combine splenda and flour. Beat in the egg beaters and buttermilk until blended. Stir in the melted butter and vanilla. Pour filling into the pie crust.
3. Bake for 45 minutes, or until filling is set.
