Yummy Meatless Chili

Ingredients
1 small onion (diced)1 tsp minced garlic1 large (28 oz) can of crushed tomatoes1 can (14.5 oz) petite diced tomatoes1 small (8 oz) can tomato sauce1 small (4 oz) can diced green chili1 can (16 oz) kidney beans1 can (15.8 oz) great northern beans1 bag (12 oz) Morning Star Soy Crumbles (frozen)2 tsp cumin1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
Directions
Chop onion and saute with garlic in a large pot. (I just spray a little Pam in the bottom to saute). When onions are tender add all tomatoes, beans, and green chilis. Bring to a boil and add spices. Simmer 10 minutes. Add soy crumbles and cook an additional 10 minutes.

*OPTIONAL: If you like it spicy (like I do) add about 2 tbsp Tapatio hot sauce....or more :)
