Ingredients
1/4 cup mushrooms2 tbs onion1 egg white1 tbs dry oats1 dinner rollketchupmustardpickleslettuce
Directions
chop mushrooms and onion and combine. Add egg white and oats. Mix. Spray pan and heat. Form patty out of mixture. Fry till finished. spread mustard and ketchup on roll. Add patty. top with pickles and lettuce. Enjoy!
