Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, mediumKale, 2.5 cup, chopped Leeks, 2 leekButter, salted, 4 tbsp *Potato, raw, 6 large Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1/8 tsp
Directions
Chop cabbage and Kale - Boil in salted water until soft - puree.

Slice white part of leeks and saute in butter over med-high heat until soft. Appd to kale- cabbage mix with salt and pepper.

Peel and steam potatoes until soft. Mash and blend with cabbage - kale mixture.
