Salmon Cakes w/ Sauce

Ingredients
5 oz Pink Salmon3/4 cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs1/3 Cup Sweet Yellow Pepper1/3 Cup Red Onion1/4 Cup Crushed Red Pepper Flakes2 Large Eggs4 Tbsp Light Mayo2 Limes1 Tbsp Chili Powder
Directions
Combine bread crumbs, salmon, yellow pepper, red onion, red pepper flakes and eggs into mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 4 equally sized cakes. Depending on your preference, you can fry, bake or broil the cakes. While they are cooking, in a seperate bowl, mix mayo, chili powder and 1 lime for sauce. After cooking, squeeze remaining lime onto cakes. Serves 4 burger sized patties or 8 appetizer sized patties.
