1/2 cup cooked cauliflower1 spring onion (green onion/stick onion)100 g brisket corned beef1 tablespoon oil1 tablespoon lemon juice2 tablespoons fresh parsleysalt & pepper to taste
Cook the cauliflower, drain and let cool off. In the meantime, chop the spring onion and the parsley. Cube the beef. Cut cauliflower in small pieces (rosetts).
Add beef, cauliflower and green onion in a bowl.
Mix oil and lemon juce, poore over cauliflower & beef mix. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix very well.
