Turkey Pastrami-2ozRomaine Lettuce 2 cups coarsely choppedTomato wedges-5Cucumber slices - 4 -cut in halfPepperoncini- (1) large, choppedKalamata Olives (4) cut in halfSwiss Gruyere Cheese (1) tablespoon, gratedGarlic 1 clove, smashed and chopped fineExtra Virgen Olive OilBalsamic VinegarFresh Ground Pepper
1. Cut turkey pastrami into bite size pieces. Lightly spray a pan and heat the meat to bring out the flavor. Remove from pan and let cool.
2. Place the lettuce in a salad bowl. Add the meat. Arrange
the tomato wedges around the bowl.
3. Place the cucumber halves around the bowl. Spread the pepperoncini around. Arrange the olives in the bowl.
4. Sprinkle cheese over salad.
5. Smash the Garlic clove with the flat of a knife and chop very fine.
6. In a small bowl, add the olive oil and vinegar. Place the garlic in it and mix well. Dress salad with dressing.
7. Add fresh ground pepper over salad.
