Ingredients
One Talapia Fillet1/2 Portobella Mushroom Cap1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper15 Asparagus SpearsOlive OilSalt & Pepper
Directions
Slice mushroom, bell pepper, and aspargus in bite size pieces. Put in baking dish or foil pouch, place Talapia fillet on top, drizzle with olive oil and add a dash of salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees until fish is done, approximately 15-20 minutes.
