Marmalade Brie Chicken

Ingredients
.5 cup sliced brie1 boneless skinless breast (or thigh)1 tbsp marmalade preserve (sugar free)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
Pound chicken to about 1/2 inch thickness
Pan fry chicken in a little bit of olive oil for about 3 min on each side.
Remove from pan and place in a baking dish
Place slices of brie on chicken
PLace marmalade ontop of brie
Back till brie is melted.
This makes 1 breast/thigh
