Ingredients
2 cans solid white tuna in water4T Hellmans Light Mayo.5c chopped onion.5c chopped celery.5c chopped green pepper1 T relishsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
drain and empty two cans (2.5oz each) intp glass mixing bowl, add all other ingredients and mix mix mix......you can add more mayo for creamier mix. makes about 5 servings

    I eat this a lot and love it!
    try substituting mustard for the mayo (not a big fan of mayo, but it also cuts the fat)
    toast your bread to add some crunch

    I also shredded in a carrot & most of a small zucchini & chopped olives. Makes a GREAT sandwich spread. (I usually place filling on 1 slice bread & top w/ cheese. Then lightly melt in microwave.) Yum! - 9/22/14
