Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients
4 eggs2 c. sugar1 16 oz. can pumpkin1 1/2 c. vegetable oil3 c. flour2 tsp. baking soda2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. ground cinnamon1 tsp. salt2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs, sugar, pumpkin and oil until smooth. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill paper-lined or greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 16-20 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing to wire rack.

Yield: About 24 standard-size muffins.
