Ingredients
100g brown rice0.5 red pepper, diced50g red onion, diced1 celery stalk, small, sliced1 carrot, small, diced2 radish2 tbsp sweetcorn2 tbsp kidney beans20g sunflower seeds
Directions
Cook rice, and allow to cool. Add prepared ingredients.

Add a dressing of your choice.
