1 LB GROUND LEAN BEEF2 TB SP SALSA, MILD. 2 TB SP OF FRENCH'S FRIED ONION
Directions
HEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES. PLACE GROUND BEEF IN LARGE BOWL COMBINE WITH SALSA.. MAKE INTO 8 - 3 OZ PATTIES AND BAKE IN OVEN FOR 20 - 3O MIN UNTIL NO LONGER PINK OR DONE TO YOUR LIKENESS. SERVE WITH A SALAD WITH OR WITHOUT A BUN. (IF YOU DO USE A BUN COUNT THE CALORIES FOR IT)
