Healthier Mexican Pizza

Ingredients
2 flour tortillas, 6 in1/4 C refried beans5 oz shredded skinless chicken breast, (taco seasoned)1/4 C shredded reduced fat Mexican cheese2 TBLS smooth taco sauce1 TBLS sliced scallion4 slices jalapeno
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Place flour tortillas on a baking sheet.
Bake until golden; push down any bubbles to keep tortillas flat.
Heat beans and shredded chicken.
Spoon beans on one flour tortilla, spread very close to edges.
Sprinkle chicken evenly over beans.
Cover with remaining tortilla.
Cover tortilla evenly with taco sauce.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Top with scallions & jalapenos.
Bake until cheese is melty.
Let set for 3 - 5 minutes and cut into quarters.
You could also top these with chopped tomatoes, black olives, shredded lettuce or what ever veggies you like.
Serves one.
