Ingredients
Ground TurkeyWhole Wheat TortillasTaco Mix (40% less Sodium)Brown RiceEnchillada SauceMexican Cheese
Directions
Preheat over on 250
Brown (or white) Turkey
Mix in cooked rice and taco seasoning
Roll in tortilla
Place in casserole dish
Pour with enchillada sauce
cover with cheese

Back until cheese melts

Makes 5 enchilladas
