This was quite good and different than any other way I have made fish. I used fresh spinach and sauteed it with the garlic and was pleasantly surprised at the flavor of this simple combination. I will definetely do that one again. Also I will be making the fish again. - 3/16/08

I loved this recipe! I did change it by putting the parmesan directly on the fish, topped it w/the cilantro (I didn't have any tomatoes). I substituted the spinach for stir-fried bok choy with a tsp of olive oil and served it w/a side of w/w couscous (w/dried cranberries and grapes). - 7/28/09

This dish was delicious. The whole family loved it. I put the tomatoes and parm cheese on for the last couple of minutes of cooking and that worked wonderfully. Will definitely make this again and again. - 7/18/09

Even my kids ate it! It was light and refreshing. I served it with brown rice on the side. I did use more lime than asked for. I will definitely make this again! - 3/23/07

I add more lime too and skip the spinach. Instead I put fish over a layer of pica de gallo. Yum - 3/22/07

Another delightful meal thanks to Sparkrecipes. I used fresh salsa since that was available. I added more lime than called for at other members suggestion. It turned out beautifully and looked fancy. A keeper for those formal dinners were I'm trying to impress guests. - 2/4/08

I made this receipe and liked it fairly well. I think next time I will use more lime juice & less cilantro. Also, I will add the tomatoes before cooking. - 8/9/07

This is a nice, light dinner. I suggest serving it over brown rice, add a little more lime juice and cook the tomatoes first to enhance the flavors. - 3/20/07

Easy and delicious. I have used this recipe with flounder and salmon as well as Tilapia. I seasoned with salt and pepper and used fresh garlic instead of powdered. Yum! - 1/22/10

I enjoyed the flavor and the freshness of this recipe. I used fresh, raw spinach instead of cooked, too. Even my kids ages 6,4, and 2 liked it pretty well. Thanks for an easy and delicious recipe! - 3/7/07

I used salsa instead of the tomatoes and enjoyed it! I'll use the leftover tilapia in some fish tacos tomorrow. - 11/6/09

garlic was added and I used fresh spinach and also fresh basil. This is simple and a great basic recipe. You can use this base for almost any shellfish or seafood as well. What ever is on sale. Please use common sense when using any fish item/seafood or shell fish. - 8/18/09

Be sure to get Tilapia farmed in the USA, grown in environmentally healthy systems. Chinese Tilapia is often raised in unhealthy conditions that can compromise the quality of the fish and adversely affect the environment. - 6/5/10

I loved this recipe, but my husband found it a little bland. Next time I'll use more lime juice as suggested. Also tastes good on catfish. - 6/6/07
