Grilled Tuna Steak W/Cantaloupe Salsa

Ingredients
3/4 Cup Coarsely chopped cantaloupe1/4 Cup chopped onion2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro4 tsp olive oil1 Tbsp fresh lime juice1 tsp minced seeded jalapeno pepper2 5 to 6 oz fresh tuna steaks about 1/2 in thick
Directions
Prepare barbecue or skillet. Mix Cantaloupe, onion, cilantro, 2 tsp oil, lime juice, and jalapeno pepper in small bowl. Season salsa to taste with salt and pepper. Let stand 15 min. Meanwhile brush tuna steaks on both sides with remaining 2 tsp of oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill tuna until just opaque in center, about 3 min per side. Transfer to plates and serve with salsa. Makes 2 servings.

    Very good! I added garlic to the salsa, and used parsley instead of cilantro (cilantro would have been better). I love the combo of fruit and tuna - will definitely make this again! - 8/7/07
