Cream of Mushroom Chicken with Brown Rice and Veggies

1 chicken breast - boneless and skinless1 can (10.75oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup1 bag (5 cups) Bird's Eye Mixed Vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots)1 cup dry long-grain brown rice1 tbsp butter or cooking spray if preferredWater, if needed
Cube chicken breast and brown in butter.
Add cream of mushroom soup with one can water, mix with browned chicken. Bring soup mixture to near-boil (bubbling).
Add (dry) long-grain brown rice to mixture and cover, let rice cook.
Add veggies to mixture. If needed, add water to thin. Heat till vegetables are at desired temperature.
