Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1/3 Maifun Noodles - fry in small portions according to pkg1 head iceburg lettuce (I use romaine lettuce)3-4 chicken breast - cooked and diced/shredded3 stalks green onions - chopped1 sm pkg almonds - toasted1/4 cup sesame seeds - toastedDressing: 6 TBS sugar (I use Splenda)2 Tsp salt1 Tsp fresh grated ginger1/4 tsp white pepper4 TBS Cider vinegarJuice of 1 small lemon ( I also use the zest of 1/2)Dressing always seems like too little, but it's not...
Directions
Mix all the salad ingredeints together then pour dressing over the top and toss well. Then enjoy!!!! It makes a ton of salad so it is great for a picnic or church function!!!
