Ingredients
* Whole Wheat English Muffin, 1 muffin * Kraft Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Salad Dressing, 1 tbsp * Lean Canadian Back Bacon, 33 g or one round slice * *Balderson Heritage 3 year old Cheddar Cheese, 30 grams * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 2 tbsp
Directions
Split and toast the English muffin.

While toasting, cook lean Canadian bacon and egg substitute for 1minute, 20 seconds in the microwave (note: microwave ovens vary).

Spread half fat-free mayo on each toasted slice. Top with cheese (use fat-free cheese if you want to go leaner yet).
Place egg/bacon on top of the cheese. Top with English muffin top.
