Beef Stroganof

Ingredients
16 oz light sour cream16-20 super lean ground beef1 tbsp black pepper16 oz wheat rotini or egg noodles1/2 cup chopped onion2 tbsp light parkay spreadsalt to taste
Directions
start noodles to boil
cook beef with onions until done
add parkay and sour cream to beef
stir and heat until nice and smooth and hot
add pepper and salt to taste
mix sauce with pasta and serve with bread and salad
