Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1.5 lbs cooked chicken cut up or shredded1 cup green, red or mixed grapes (cut in half)1 Lg rib of celery, diced1 cup light Hellemann's mayonnaise 1/2 cup light sour cream1 packet sweetner (can use more if you like)3 T orange Juice
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Best if chilled for a few hours or overnight. Refrigerate leftovers. Serve on light bread with a lettuce leaf. The bread adds 80 calories.
