Southwest Beef and Beans

Ingredients
2 lbs. - Beef Eye round trimmed of all fat1 Jar Salsa2 Cans Black Beans2 table spoons Fajita Seasoning
Directions
Slice the eye round out thinly
Slice onion out thinly
Place in the crock pot and cover with Beans and salsa
Add seasoning and stir to mix
Turn crock pot on low and let it cook approximately six hours.
Serve with a side salad.
