Blueberry Freeze

Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen blueberries1/2 cup vanilla flavoured light soy milk1/2 frozen banana
Directions
Prepare banana the night before. Peel, cut in chunks and freeze in a flat container.

In small food processor (I use my magic bullet), put all the ingredients in and blend until smooth and very blue. Makes a nice soft sorbet with intense blueberry flavour.

    Glad you liked it. I don't like artificial sweeteners so I sometimes use Stevia or a touch of Agave syrup. It hits the sweet spot for me and it is good for me!
