Cheri's Salmon Patties

Ingredients
Ingredients: *Pink Salmon, Chicken of the Sea, skinless/boneless, chunk style in water, 6 oz (remove)Onions, raw, 05. medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.25 cup (remove)*Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.25 cup (remove)Chili powder, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Make 4 patties and enter 1/2 receipe per serving.
Finely chop celery, onion, and pepper. Remove the skin and bones from a can of salmon. Combine the vegetables, egg, salmon, bread-
crumbs and seasonin together. Using a
ice cream scoop place dippers of the mixture
onto a well oiled griddle, cook about 5 minutes on each side ( until browned). Remove from heat
Top with Ketchup if desired.
