Turkey & Black Bean Enchiladas

1 lb ground turkey1 packet taco seasoning2 cups prepared brown rice1 can black beans (15 oz), rinsed1 can petite cut diced tomatoes (14.5 oz), drained1 can mild enchilada sauce (10 oz)1 can diced green chiles (4 oz), drained3 tbsp sour cream1.5 cups shredded colby jack cheese16 whole wheat tortillas
-Brown and drain turkey, then add taco seasoning as directed
-Add black beans, tomatoes, chiles, and rice. Heat through.
-Stir in sour cream and 1/2 cup cheese, then heat until cheese is melted.
-Spread 2 tbsp enchilada sauce in bottom of each of two 9x13 pans.
-Put approx 1/3 cup meat mixture into center of tortilla, wrap and place in baking dish. Repeat with remaining mixture and tortillas.
-Spread remaining enchilada sauce and cheese over the top.
-Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
