Phyllo Cheesecake

24 oz Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat (NOT Light) Cream Cheese20 sheets Phyllo Dough 3/4 c Granulated Sugar1 tsp Vanilla Extract3 Eggs
Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl and beat until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each one.
Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray. Layer 5-7 sheets of phyllo on the bottom, brushing melted butter approximately every 2 sheets. Pour about 1/2 of cheesecake into pan. Layer 5-7 sheets of phyllo, buttering. Pour rest of cheesecake. The rest of the phyllo is the top layer.
Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes, or until the phyllo is slightly browned and crispy looking
Can serve with a fruit topping, but I did not factor that into the calories!
