Low Calorie/Fat Oatmeal Apple Cinnamon Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup applesauce1tbsp corn oil1 cup brown sugar1 egg1 cup oats1 cup flour1 tsp salt2 tsp baking powder1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine applesauce and oil with brown sugar. Beat in egg. Add oats, then flour, salt and baking powder. Mix in cinnamon. Drop by spoonful on cookie sheet, two inches apart
Bake for 11 minutes or until golden. Makes 16 cookies
