Peanut Butter Granola Bars

Ingredients
1 T Dark chocolate peanut butter (or regular peanut butter)1/4 cup Kashi 7 grain puff cereal (can substitute with rice krispies)1/2 cup instant oats1/4 cup brown rice syrup1 T grated coconut1/2 t vanilla extract1 t sugar in the raw
Directions
Combine peanut butter, vanilla extract, and sugar in small saucepan. Heat until soft and well combined.

Combine oats, brown rice syrup, coconut, and cereal in a bowl. Add peanut butter mixture.

Spread onto wax paper and let set until mixture dries. Cut into squares.

Makes 4 squares.
