I used 1 can tuna, 3 tbls of Grey pu pon, 2 tea spoons of pickle juice, 1 small celery stalk, and two squirts of EVOO spray. I had half of it on triscuts. Delicious. I'll have the other half on a wrap tommorow. - 1/21/12

I used half on some lettuce for lunch and served the second half on a slice of whole wheat bread and 1 oz. cheese melted on top, the next day for lunch.. I like tuna melts and the low fat variation helped me to enjoy the cheese without too much guilt. - 7/31/09
