Two Cheese Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
1 spaghetti squash (2 Lb)2 Tbs Grated Parmesan Cheese1/2 cup 2% Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese2 medium tomatoes, chopped3 Tbs Parsley
Directions
Pierce Squash several times with knife to allow for steam to escape. Pleace in microwave on High for 5 minutes. Flip and cook another 5 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Cut squash in half, remove & discard the seeds. Use a fork to scrape the insides of the squash to form strands into a microwave safe bowl.

Toss squash strands with rest of ingredients

Microwave on High for 2 minutes to heat through & melt cheese.
