Tropical Ham and Pineapple Bake

Ingredients
3 lb boneless, presliced ham2 cups crushed pineapple, in juice1/2 cup brown sugar1 cup Diet V8 Splash, Tripical Blend1 Tbsp. Corn Starch
Directions
In bowl, combine all ingredients except ham. Place a layer of ham slices in baking dish, top with half pineapple mixture. Add remaining ham slices on top, and pour remaining pineapple mixture on top.

Makes 16- 3 oz servings of ham plus pineapple.
