Chicken Breast, no skin Diced, 16 ounces Cream of Chicken Soup 98% fat free, 2.5 cup (1 can)Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts), 0.5 cup slices (1 can) *French Fried Onions, 4 tbsp Celery, raw, 2 cup, finely choppedGrated Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, diced Almonds, .5 cup, slivered Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), .5 tbsp
Stir all ingredients except the french fried onions in a large bowl. Spoon in to a lightly grease (sprayed) 11 x 7 inch casserole dish.
Bake 350 for 40 minutes, sprinkle the french fried onions evenly over top and back and additional 5 minutes or until bubbly around edges. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
