1/2 cup low fat plain yogurt1/2 cup unsweetened fruit cranberry juice6 Tablespoons old fashioned rolled oats (not quick cooking)2 Tablespoons dried cranberries1 Tablespoon unsalted sunflower seeds1 Tablespoon Wheat Germ1 Tablespoons Honey1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract1/8 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours and up to 1 day. Eat and enjoy!
