Taco Salad

Ingredients
4 oz ground Turkey10 oz Iceberg lettuce1 lettuce leaf7 tortilla chips3 oz diced tomato1/4 cup of red onion1/8 cup of grated cheese2 tsp sour creamdash of black pepper2 oz of carrots1 tsp chili powder3 tsp hot sauce (taco sauce)
Directions
Brown ground turkey, add black pepper, chili powder, and hot sauce to the meat.

Cut a lettuce leaf to use as a bowl and dice all the vegetables: lettuce, tomatoes, carrots and red onions to create a salad.

Add the salad in the lettuce leaf, add the meat, grated cheese, tortilla chips and top with sour cream.

This makes 1 servings of taco salad.

* If the salad is too dry for you add salad dressing, salsa, or more sour cream. Enjoy :)
