Turkey Garlic & Herb Cheese Burger

1 lb. of 93% Lean Ground Turkey1T dried Italian Seasoningsalt & pepper to taste4 - 100% Whole Wheat Arnold Sandwhich Thins4 - wedges of Light Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb Cheese4 - thick slices of tomatoe4 - hearty leaves of lettuce
In a mixing bowl combine, ground turkey, italian seasoning and salt & pepper. Make into 4 (4oz.) patties.
Grill (or use a non-stick skillet) over medium-high heat for approximately 5 minutes on each side or until center reaches 165 degrees.
While the buger is cooking spread one wedge of the cheese on the bun.
When burger is done stack with slice of tomatoe, lettuce and dig in. :-)

I agree that the bum helps to make this burger come alive. I eliminate the cheese for even a lighter fare. To make life easier cooking for one, I buy pre-packaged frozen turkey burgers, springle with seasoning to taste and this burger can go from the freezer to your table in 15 min. - 7/18/09

This is DELICIOUS!!! Some people have mentioned that theirs was dry but mine was really juicy. What I love about this recipe is that, since I am cooking for one, I can stick the 3 extra burgers (and the bread) in the freezer and cook them later when I'm in a hurry!
