Not sure why I'd use turkey for this burger... 93% lean beef compares favorably with the turkey... 4 oz of 93% lean beef does have 10 more calories, but also 2 more grams of protein, and 15 mg less sodium and cholesterol than the turkey. Seems like the key is "93% lean." - 7/21/09

I agree that the bum helps to make this burger come alive. I eliminate the cheese for even a lighter fare. To make life easier cooking for one, I buy pre-packaged frozen turkey burgers, springle with seasoning to taste and this burger can go from the freezer to your table in 15 min. - 7/18/09

I poured some olive oil on the meat before making my patties for they would not be so dry. Used Montreal Steak Seasoning instead. Good! - 7/20/10

I seasoned the turkey with 2 tsp. of liquid smoke, gives it more of that 'burger" taste. Very satisfying when only a burger will do. Thanks for posting. - 7/26/09

I found it @ a Walmart yesterday. I love the taste, softness, how thin it is. I made a tomato sandwich, using a little mayo. I love Arnold's Whole Wheat Thin. I never liked buns, too thick. - 7/19/09

I like to throw some vegies in my turkey burger as well as some grain like oat bran or ground flaxseed. I will look for the Arnold bread. Haven't really noticed it at the store but then, I wasn't looking for it either. - 7/17/09

This is DELICIOUS!!! Some people have mentioned that theirs was dry but mine was really juicy. What I love about this recipe is that, since I am cooking for one, I can stick the 3 extra burgers (and the bread) in the freezer and cook them later when I'm in a hurry! Super quick and easy to make! - 6/12/12

the recipe does not include the Laughing Cow cheese that is indicated in the Ingredients List??? A little Confusing....It sounds great and would love to try it, but want to know if the cheese is mixed in w/the meat or put on top of the burger?????? - 12/7/10

An easier option for those who have a Trader Joe's around -- purchase their awsome frozen chicken burgers that cook for 1-2 minutes in the microwave (are well seasoned and garlicy). BJ's also sells the Arnold Thins in bulk. - 7/20/10

I was really appreciative of this recipe, mostly because I'm allergic to beef and I am excited to see the alternative in an actual recipe instead of just making it up myself :) - 7/20/10
