Low Cal Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts (grilled or broiled)1/4 head of cabbage - chopped6 baby carrots - chopped1/4 cup Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic Glaze & Marinade1/8 cup water1 small can water chestnutsIceburg lettuce leafs
Directions
Dice cooked chicken breast.
Chop cabbage.
Chop carrots
Spray saute pan with pan spray and saute chicken, cabbage, water chestnuts and carrots until the vegetables just start to soften.
Add 1/4 cup Hoisin Garlic Glaze
Add 1/8 cup water.
Continue to saute 3 more minutes.
Spoon into lettuce leafs!

Makes about 4 sevings of 3 wraps per person.

    I've not had PF Changs lettuce wraps, I modeled these after B J's Brewery lettuce wraps!
