Used 1 onion, 3 potatoes, 2 celery stalks; this was plenty. Didn't use thyme since it wasn't in the ingredients and I didn't have any. Wished it was a little thicker, but it was still good. - 10/5/16

My boyfriend and I enjoyed this meal quite a bit! Enough to eat the leftovers for lunch and dinner the next night. The only revisions I made was to leave out the celery (he hates celery) and I added mashed potato flakes at the very end to thicken the chowder. Would definitely make again. - 1/7/16

Delicious and easy. I threw it together in 15 minutes. Great dish on a cold winter night. - 1/30/08
