Ground Beef Stir-Fry - Zone

Ingredients
2 teaspoon olive oil8 ounces lean ground beef3 cups yellow onions, peeled and chopped4 cups broccoli florets, washed4 cups button mushrooms, washed, dried, and thinly sliced2 ounces reduced-fat Swiss cheese; shredded
Directions
HEAT oil in a nonstick sauté pan or wok over medium-high heat. If using tofu, remove from wrapping, drain, and crumble.
ADD ground beef and cook till no longer pink.
ADD onions, broccoli, and mushrooms. Reduce heat to medium and stir-fry, stirring often, until vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
STIR in cheese and heat until melted, about 1 minute.
