Asian Swordfish

Ingredients
1 lb swordfish3 cloves garlic, crushed3 Tablespoons Kikkoman Stir Fry Sauce3 Tablespoons Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce3 Tablespoons lime juice1 teaspoon red pepper flakes3/4 teaspoon ginger
Directions
Serves 3
Combine all ingredients except fish in a zip lock bag. Mix thoroughly then add swordfish. Marinate all day. Remove fish from marinade, do not save marinade.

Can be broiled in the oven or grilled. About 8 minutes per side.
