    Made recipe adding egg and substituting sugar for splenda. Directions: Whisk 1 egg until fluffy, then use electric mixer to combine bisquick, milk, & butter w/egg until smooth. Add in Splenda/Sugar (1 Tbsp) & cinnamon. Pour into a muffin pan coated w/non-stick spray, then bake for 15 min at 350. - 10/27/12
