1 cup of shredded carrots3 tbsp of Kraft Miracle Whip Light.5 cup raisins
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy! Tastes best when freshly made. Makes approximately 3 servings.

For more tang...add a little bit of pineapple.

    This was very good. I used a bag of grated carrots, added raisins until it looked like the amount I like, and then added fat free Miracle Whip. It's a nice change from a tossed salad or vegetable. It's very chewy, so when you've finished eating it, you feel very satisfied. - 3/22/07
