Chicken Marsala & Steamed Asparagus w/ Strawberry Dessert

Chicken Breast, 3 oz (1-2 tenderloins), thawed or frozen.Mushrooms, 1/2 cupOlive Oil, 1 Tbsp (or cooking spray)Red Wine, 1 ozWater, 2 ozAsparagus, 1 cup1 Cup Strawberries2 Tbsp Whipped Cream
Heat oil or cooking spray in medium skillet over medium high heat.
Add chicken and saute until each side is golden brown.
Add mushrooms, wine and water. Cover. Reduce heat to simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
While chicken is simmering:
Place asparagus in a small ceramic, microwave safe dish. Cook in microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Let stand while chicken simmers.
Wash and prep strawberries, set aside for later. Top with whipped cream.
