Chicken Pasta Salad w/ Green Beans

Ingredients
4 oz. uncooked whole wheat pasta (fusilli or penne)2 cups cut green beans7 oz (1.5 cups) cooked chicken breast, shredded1/2 cup diced red onion1/4 cup chopped fresh basil1 TB chopped fresh parsley1 7 oz. bottle roasted red bell peppers drained and cut into strips1.5 TB extra virgin olive oil2 TB red wine vinegar1TB cold water1/2 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. black pepper1 garlic clove, minced
Directions
Cook pasta in boiling water for 7 minutes. Add green beans, cook 4 minutes (snap beans while water coming to a boil). Drain and rinse w/ cold water.

Combine pasta mixture, chicken, onion, basil, parsley and bell peppers in a large bowl, tossing to combine.

Combine oil and remaining ingredients in a small bowl, stirring w/ a whisk. Drizzle over pasta mixture and toss to coat. Makes 4 servings about 2 cups each.
