1/4 c red wine vinegar3/4 c extra virgin olive oil2 tbsp Dijon mustard1 tsp Sriracha chili sauce1/8 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 lime, juiced3 jalapenos, diced, one with seeds, two without seedsS&P to taste
Directions
Blend all ingredients while slowing streaming in olive oil until the vinaigrette is emulsified.
