Ingredients
1.5 lbs ground beef2 med potatos1 tomato1 med onion1 tsp hot red pepper1 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp tumeric1 tsp corriander1/2 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp garum masala
Directions
Dice onion and fry on the bottom of the pan.
Blend tomato with about a 1.5 cups water.
When onions have cooked add tomato and ground beef.
Add spices.
It should have a soup like consistency. If not add a little more water. This will cook down as the meet cooks.

After about an hour on med / high heat add the potato (cut into small pieces). Cover and cook about another 15 min or until potato is cooked. Mix and serve with either Basmatti Rice or Naan.
